Santosh Sivan's Urumi, the Malayalam movie was the latest offering from Prabhudeva as an actor in the Malayalam film industry. While he is busy directing movies in almost all South Indian languages, the actor says he is always vigilant when it comes to directing a movie in Malayalam.
Though the director in him has plans to direct a movie in Malayalam, Prabhu has more plans for Mollywood. As of now, I am busy with a couple of films down south as well as in Bollywood. Though, I am actually scared about directing a Malayalam film. You have such great directors there and I feel I am not up to the mark. They are so intelligent. I need to be extra careful," says the actor turned director- “though talks have been on, but things are yet to fall in place”.
"The one in Malayalam will surely be energetic, but I am not sure if I should make an action film here," says Prabhu whose films are known to revolve around action packed themes;.
Planning to do a film in Malayalam that is quite contrary to what he normally does, Prabhu is currently in Mumbai, shooting for Remo D'Souza's ABCD - Any Body Can Dance.
